Specific Responsibilities
- Submit written recommendation to the Board of Directors, prior to its October Board meeting, proposing a list of nominees for the new officer position on the Board of Directors.
- Develop a report to the Board of Directors as requested.

Composition
The committee shall consist of the President-elect (Chair), the Immediate Past President and four (4) other Fellow, Active or Life Members who are not members of the Board of Directors and who are appointed by the President-elect and approved by the Advisory Committee on Committees.
