Global University Student/Resident Webinar Series

Information panel discussions to jumpstart successful careers

Four AO Global University Student/Resident Webinars are slated for Fall 2023 and Winter 2024.
This series provides vital information for all students, residents, faculty and early career AO members – offering real life practical advice to achieve the most advantageous start to every professional practice/career. Equally important advice for financial and personal well-being will be included to help with important decisions upon leaving university and residency programs. Each webinar will start with an enrichment panelist discussion, consisting of professionals who offer important and relevant information to new graduates (i.e., attorney, accountant, practice management consultant, corporate dentist representative).

Panelists include:
Michael Ragan – Attorney
Gina DeSimone – Practice Management Consultant
Robert Edwards – Dental CPA
Moderator: Dr. Amerian Sones

Each guest panelist will provide a 20-minute update, including a special “pearl of wisdom” take-away message focused on relevant professional news and advice for young dentists, followed by a 45-minute presentation from our scheduled webinar speaker. A short 10-minute Q&A session will wrap up each webinar presentation.
